We don’t have a ‘Head Office’! Our central services are provided by the team at Timpson House in Wythenshawe.
We have two main warehouses. The Timpson Warehouse is close to Timpson House in Wythenshawe and the Max warehouse is on the Wirral.
Our property team, which looks after our extensive property portfolio, is based in Gilmorton, Leicestershire.
Most of our dry cleaning is done at 19 dry cleaning hubs around the country and the dry-cleaning shops are served by a dedicated team of 32 logistics managers.
Our Jura team services 250 stand-alone digital photo kiosks in Tesco stores across the country.
Our specialist Key Technology Department at Wythenshawe provides a 7-day centre of excellence to help branch colleagues deal with the hundreds of key cutting enquiries they receive every day.
Specialist watch repairs are handled by our expertly-trained colleagues and horologists at watch workshops at Wolverhampton and Wythenshawe.
Highly skilled and time-consuming shoe repairs are completed at our specialist shoe repair workshop in Thorn Cross prison run by experienced Timpson craftsmen.
A wide and diverse range of engraving jobs from name badges to house signs to distinctive memorial plaques are provided by our specialist engraving workshop and excellence centre at St. Helens.
Our mobile phone tech workshop and phone screen recycling plant is located at our Wythenshawe site where experienced technicians tackle more complex mobile and tablet repairs.
The purpose-built ICE workshop on the Wirral provides a comprehensive range of photo gifts and photo restoration.
